Your mission
- Managing the store from a business perspective and leading the sales team to achieve the store's sales targets
- As a fashion expert and representative of the Closed brand, you know the needs of our customers and offer a high level of service and fashion advice
- Leading, training and motivating the team, including training new employees
- Staff deployment and vacation planning
- Attractive presentation of the Closed collections on the sales floor
- Supporting the team in achieving the store's sales targets
- Carrying out operational tasks such as checkout procedures, deliveries, inventory and visual merchandising
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in retail, preferably in the textile industry
- You have a talent for leading and motivating a team
- You work in a structured and organized manner
- You always acquire the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand
